New RP Limit and Grading Style

The JWF will return with a new RP limit of 3 RP's per match. Because the JWF is now a 1 show per week fed this will make matches more intresting and more personal.

The new RP grading scale will be on a bases of 1-100 instead of the old 1-10. This will mean that even if you do 2 RP's your opponennt can still beat you with 1. The maximum score you can get is 500 on a RP because the JWF now has 5 RP Judges to make matches as fair as possible.
